When The New York Times – the publication that cautions against thinking critically – labels somebody “far right”, then I find myself even more interested.
Postmodernism is a philosophical and cultural movement that emerged in the mid-20th century as a reaction to modernism.
It challenges traditional notions of truth, reality and authority, emphasising the subjective nature of knowledge and the idea that there are multiple interpretations of reality.
Stefan (rightly) breaks apart postmodernism for the nonsense that it is.
Furthermore, I am convinced that “far right” can neither be defined nor can it be shown to exist.
It’s a pejorative term designed to be nothing more than an attempt to discredit the recipient.
It’s akin to labelling somebody a “racist” or “sexist” or [pick a card].
