It's an incredible story and what I consider a victory in the information war. A small victory but a victory nonetheless.

Quintin Jonck, an ordinary man living an ordinary life and about to get married, is told by his doctor that he has only four years left to live because he is HIV+.
That was over 20 years ago.
Today, he is happily married with a family. He surfs, rarely falls ill and, after having his eyes opened during the COVID era, no longer takes ARVs.
So, what happened?

He answers that in the podcast episode further down the page. 😎
Fearmongering
The problem with the HIV/AIDS narrative is the fear. The media, pharmaceutical industry and governments have successfully sold it as a death sentence—once you have it, you're told you'll die unless you take ARVs.
It's simply not true and an excellent documentary that highlights this fearmongering (as well as the scam itself) is House of Numbers.
I asked Quintin how things are going after nearly two years of no AIDS drugs:
Yes, I am 100%. Surfing and started playing serious golf again after 15 years. Boys are growing up and want to start my favourite game. 😁 My viral load is climbing according to the tests.
My CD4 (strength of my immune system) count dropped dramatically. I expected it to happen but still feel healthy. CD4 of a healthy person should be between 800-1100. Mine, on medication, went up and under 600. My viral load was zero. Off medication, CD4 dropped to under 300, where doctors normally prescribe antivirals. On the 2nd test, it went to over 400 (not normal) and then back down to just under 300.
Remember, during this time I get constant scares because I am trying something that most in the medical profession do not approve of. So every ill feeling, skin rash, or pain/discomfort gets my mind racing. I hear the critics, but I need to listen to the Holy Spirit and have faith to finish the race set before me. Remember, the specialist told me when I was first diagnosed that I had 2-4 years to live. So if I can make it to 5 years, I have silenced him, and every year after is a bonus. 😁🤣
In other words, he is perfectly healthy and living a normal life just like any other healthy individual.
This is important because it's where the 'CD4 count' fear porn comes in, as confirmed by the brilliant Perth Group:
Nonetheless, a low T4 cell count, as determined by antibody binding, remains the defining measurement of the immune “defect” in AIDS and is claimed to result from HIV-induced destruction of T4 cells (“cytopathic effect”). Under this guise, the role of HIV is perceived as limiting the number of T4 cells available to maintain a “healthy immune system”. This is how HIV experts, infectious disease physicians, public health officials, numerous websites, NGOs, and bloggers promote the belief in the existence of an immune system-destroying retrovirus. Guidelines recommending lifelong monitoring of T4 cells result in patients living in constant fear of their next count. Counting continues even at the deathbed, despite physicians knowing that “once the CD4 T-cell count falls below 0.05×10⁹/L [50 cells/ml], further monitoring is of little clinical value (except psychologically to patients, who view cessation of monitoring as doctors giving up”17). Yet, there is no evidence that T4 cells are killed by “HIV” or by anything else.
In other words, the CD4 count doesn't matter all that much.
If Quintin feels healthy, then Quintin is probably healthy.
I remember when an 'expert' suggested I should get a blood test to check if I was deficient in certain vitamins. My response was, 'I feel fine and my body will tell me if I'm not. Why should I get a blood test?'
A CD4 count doesn't matter all that much
Suddenly, I no longer know what's best for me but some random scientist does. 😂
