I have been drawing political satire professionally since 2005. I've never forgotten the advice given to me by one of my newspaper editors:
Knock them down when they're up, and help them up when they're down.
It's a very bad idea to fall into the 'personality cult' trap where politicians are concerned. They choose to enter public office and, as such, must accept that criticism accompanies it. Celebrity culture has gripped far too many people, distorting their ability to think critically about powerful individuals.
No man is above the law, and no man is below it—holding the powerful accountable is the bedrock of a free society.
— Theodore Roosevelt, US president
For example, if the Biden administration announced the introduction of a 'REAL ID' system, most Trump supporters would oppose it, fearing government overreach. However, when the Trump administration advanced the 'REAL ID' implementation, many in the MAGA movement supported it.
Real ID is literally just a regular ID with a little star on it to demonstrate you showed the DMV clerk a document with your name and address on it. It’s gonna be ok people.

In my view, it should be opposed because it's part of Agenda 2030 and, as Catherine Fitts calls it, the digital control grid.
It's part of the incoming digital ID protocol.

A heavy heart
When I drew this cartoon, it wasn’t with excitement. After all, I really like Trump, Elon, and Robert F Kennedy Jr (RFK).
In fact, RFK’s been on my podcast.
Twice.
However, his recent claim that the MMR vaccine works against measles is pure mediocrity and deserves ridicule. No matter how much damage control he tried later, he shouldn’t have said it—especially since, as I mentioned, many RFK supporters will now kick the can down the road by making excuses.
Read the reply to Patrick's comment:
He has to play the long game. It will take time to get the studies done that make his case for him. As he said "I will be guided by the science" - the evidence must come first, before the action.

No, he doesn't have to play 'the long game'. He can simply refuse to make false claims about vaccines.
It's about being principled.
Nobody forced RFK to work for the government.
To be clear, MMR vaccines are not the most effective way to prevent the spread of measles. To understand why, I highly recommend my podcast episode with Dissolving Illusions author Roman Bystrianyk, where he explains why no vaccine has ever been safe or effective.

Vaccines are a scam.
All of them.
If you don’t hold power to account, it festers—corruption thrives in silence, and justice dies without a fight.
