Astrid Stuckelberger is an international health scientist and World Health Organisation (WHO) insider with more than 25 years of experience behind her.
Who is the WHO?
The WHO is a specialised agency of the United Nations (UN), responsible for international public health.
Which is another way of saying ‘centralised control of countries’.
It was established 1948 and its headquarters are in Geneva, Switzerland.
Officially, the primary purpose of the WHO is to ‘promote the attainment of the highest possible level of health for all people worldwide’. It supposedly achieves this by:
- providing leadership in global health matters,
- setting norms and standards,
- coordinating and supporting international health programs,
- conducting research and
- providing technical assistance to countries.
Of course, it’s all disingenuous, technocratic wordplay hidden behind a noble veil of ‘helping the world’.
While the WHO certainly does have global influence, particularly in areas of health policy and coordination, it does not possess direct governance authority over member states.
Which is what the WHO wants to change.

Centralised control of countries
The WHO wants to circumvent national sovereignty through something called a Pandemic Treaty.
When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. When the government fears the people, there is liberty.

The ‘treaty’ is an international agreement, by member states, to ‘strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response’ and was proposed by a group of world leaders in March 2021, following the fake pandemic.
The treaty will create a legally binding framework for countries to ‘work together to prevent, detect, and respond to pandemics’.
Which is another way of saying that the WHO wants centralised control over all countries through the guise of ‘public health’.
For example, the WHO might use biosecurity as a reason to control everything globally; if the WHO decides that everybody needs a vaccine passport and digital identity, then all member states will have to do this, even if the citizens don’t want it.
Therein lies the smart circumvention of national sovereignty.
