On 8 March 2014, Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 (MH370), a Boeing 777 with 227 passengers and 12 crew members, vanished during its journey from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.
It became one of the most extensive search operations in aviation history.
Nobody knows what happened, and nothing was ever found. (The tiny bits of debris found a year later can’t be conclusively linked.)
Leaked footage
Recent footage, supposedly from the US military, has triggered debates about the event.
In short, the aircraft is followed by three circling objects (orbs), which then vanish into some sort of portal.
It’s bonkers to consider that, but here we are.
A former Air Force intelligence officer, Major David Grusch, claimed in a testimony to Congress that the US has a secret program for obtaining and studying unidentified flying objects (UFOs).
His testimony was part of a House Oversight subcommittee meeting, focusing on ‘unidentified aerial phenomena’ (UAPs), the term the US government uses for UFOs.
I have no idea what to make of it all.
