Which is absolutely true.
For example, changing my diet has dramatically improved my general health.
She has written numerous books on women’s health and has appeared as a guest on various TV shows including Oprah and The View and has been featured in magazines like People and Time.
Basically, her philosophy is rooted in the idea that the body has an innate ability to heal itself and that conventional medicine often overlooks the importance of the mind-body connection.
She is also opposed to vaccines and birth control pills.
