Jesse Lee Peterson is an American conservative commentator, radio host, pastor, and author. He is known for his outspoken and “controversial” views on various social and political issues.

Jesse is the founder and president of the nonprofit organisation BOND (Brotherhood Organization Of A New Destiny) which focuses on promoting “rebuilding the family by rebuilding the man.”

He emphasises the importance of personal responsibility, traditional gender roles, and the need for strong father figures in addressing societal problems.

He is also a harsh critic of liberalism, identity politics, and victimhood mentality amongst black Americans.

In the main, conservative values (which aren’t necessarily universally monolithic) encompass a set of principles that have played a vital role in shaping societies and have proven to be beneficial for individuals and communities alike.

For example, such people might value the wisdom and stability found in long-standing traditions, institutions, and cultural norms. Tradition acts as a guidepost for societal cohesion and helps maintain continuity by preserving customs and practices that have stood the test of time. It recognises the importance of preserving the values and knowledge passed down by previous generations.

Conservatives generally advocate limited government intervention in citizens’ lives and the economy, believing that individuals, families, and local communities are better equipped to make decisions and solve problems than a distant central authority.

A few more conservatice values could be the following:

  • individual liberty,
  • free market economics,
  • fiscal responsibility,
  • strong national defence and borders, and
  • personal responsibility and a moral code.
